Terms and conditions
Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost before the order is shipped,
contact shop@servantfootwear.com if you regret it after the order is placed. Also applies to part of the order.
Revocation/ återköp
From the time that you received your product, you have the right of revocation for 14 days.
For the right of revocation to apply, you must consider the following.
• The product must not have been used or come to harm. You may open the package.
• The product should be returned in original packaging.
• It should not have been more than 14 days after you recieved your package.
If you do not meet these requirements, but still returned the product, we will send the product back to you again and charge you for shipping and handling cost.
Send back the product together with a copy of your receipt \ invoice to the return address you see below. The refund is made by agreement

Complaints / warranty.
If an item is damaged or not consistent with how the product is presented on the website, you have the possibility to complain about the products.
In a complaint, contact shop@servantfootwear.com as soon as you discover the damage.
If you have the ability to send photos of the damage / defect in the mail it will speed up the process.
When we received the goods and the claim is approved we will notify you and send you a new product and compensation for freight or we will refund you within 30 days what you paid for the goods.

Remember that if you chose to pay by invoice and your return / claim drags on, you must still pay your invoice. We will then reimburse you after we process your return / warranty.
Change of product, or size
If you want to change size of your received product just send a mail to shop@servantfootwear.com We will send you a return shipping lable, no extra charge.
